Events on Fankolo are a separate type of page where users can learn about upcoming activities, join, or create their own. Events can be public (open to all) or private (only for invited users).

How to find an event

1. Open the main menu (☰ — top left corner).
2. Go to the Events Overview section.
3. You’ll see several tabs:
   • Overview – view all public events
   • Going – events you have confirmed participation in
   • Interested – events you marked as interesting
   • Invitations – events you have been invited to
   • My Events – events you created or are organizing
4. Use search, filter by category, or browse the list manually to find interesting events by date or cover.

Event types

• Public events – visible to all users, can be joined by anyone.
• Private events – visible only to invited users; posts and participants are hidden from others.
