Club is a great format for close interaction among people sharing interests or hobbies. You can create a club from computer or mobile. See step-by-step instructions below.

How to create a club on desktop:

1. Click the “+” button in the top menu.
2. Select “Create Club”.
3. In the window, fill in all required fields:
   • Club name
   • Club nickname (Latin letters, no spaces)
   • Privacy level (open, closed, or secret)
   • Category
   • Country
   • Club description
4. Click “Create”.

How to create a club on mobile:

1. Open the main menu (☰ — top left corner).
2. Go to My Clubs.
3. Click “Create Club”.
4. Fill in all necessary fields.
5. Click “Create” — your club is ready.

Field explanations:

1. Club name
This is the main title, shown in the club.
Example: Book Lovers Club, English Speaking Club, KNU Students.
2. Nickname
This is a unique URL identifier for the club:
https://www.fankolo.com/groups/your_nickname
Restrictions:

• Latin (A–Z), digits (0–9), dots (.) and underscores (_)
• No Cyrillic or spaces
  Example: art.club, cooking_class, it.group

3. Privacy level
Select between open, closed, and secret:
• Open club — any user can join, posts are visible to everyone who visits.
• Closed club — join requests must be approved, posts are visible only to members.
• Secret club — can only be joined by invite, posts are visible only to members.
4. Category
Pick a relevant topic (e.g. Lifestyle, Education, Culture & Art, Design, History).
5. Country
The country targeted by the club or most members.
6. Info
Brief club description, 1–2 sentences.
Example: We discuss our favorite fantasy books, new releases, and genre classics. Join if you love Neil Gaiman, Dune, and a bit of Lovecraft.

After creation:

• You can publish posts in the club under your name.
• You can allow or prohibit members to create posts.
• You can set access level (open/closed/secret), enable chat, and manage members.
