To create a group chat on Fankolo, follow these steps:

1. Open the main menu (☰ — top left corner).
2. Select “Messages” to open your conversation list.
3. Click “New Chat” (pencil or arrow-in-circle icon).
4. In the “To” field, start typing the names or nicknames of users you want to add. Choose people from the dropdown and add several users.
5. Type the first message and click “Send”.
6. This creates a group chat, and all selected users will receive your message and can join the conversation.

⚠️ Note: Some users may restrict who can message them. If you are not allowed, you cannot create a group chat with them.
