You can download all information linked to your Fankolo account — or only the sections you want.

1. Click your profile image (top right desktop or bottom right mobile/app).
2. In the opened menu, select Account Settings.
3. Go to Your Info.
4. Select which data you want to download (info, friends, communities, followers, clubs, events, posts, etc.).
5. Click Request.

Once your file is ready, a notification will appear. Click Download to save your data.

⚠️ If you don’t download the file immediately, it may become unavailable later and you will need to start the process again.
