To remove a user from your friends, use one of these methods.

Via their profile:

1. Go to the user’s profile.
2. If you’re friends, instead of “Add as Friend” there will be a “Friends” button.
3. Click it to remove the user from your friends.

Via search:

1. Enter the user’s name or nickname in the search bar at the top.
2. Find the user in results.
3. If you’re friends, click “Friends”.

Via the “People” section:

1. Open the main menu (☰ — top left corner).
2. Go to “People” and choose the “Find People” tab or use search.
3. If you’re friends, you’ll see a “Friends” button — click it.

Via your own friends list:

1. Go to your profile page.
2. Click the “Friends” tab.
3. Find the user you want to remove and click “Friends” next to them.

⚠️ Note: After removing from friends, you remain a reader for this user. You’ll no longer see private posts, but you can follow their public content.
